Many teens in our community have a passion for beauty, business, and creative expression but lack the resources or guidance to turn their dreams into reality. Your sponsorship can bridge this gap by providing a young person with access to invaluable training, mentorship, and hands-on learning.

SPRING WORKSHOPS
The K’Shears Teen 'Spring' Workshop is designed to empower teens (ages 12-18) with hands-on beauty, grooming, and business skills. Through expert-led sessions in skincare, makeup, braiding, barbering, nails, and custom wigs, participants gain confidence, career insights, and valuable life skills. This interactive experience fosters creativity, entrepreneurship, and self-development in a fun, supportive environment.

SUMMER WORKHSOPS
We are excited to welcome your teen to the K'Shears Teen Beauty Summer Workshops, presented by K'Shears Custom Beauty & Business in partnership with Mind Ova Matter.
Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to create an engaging, hands-on, educational experience that combines beauty education, career exploration, entrepreneurship, confidence building, and life skills.
