The 2025 K’Shears Teen Summer Workshops, powered in partnership with Mind Ova Matter, is a 12-day hands-on educational experience designed to empower teens ages 13–18 (if young, please contact us, approval is possible depending on the teen's readiness) through beauty, business, and life skills training. Hosted at Kids University in Killeen, Texas, the workshops will run across select dates in June and July, beginning with an orientation on June 8 and concluding with an awards ceremony on July 15. Teens will rotate through 18+ expert-led workshops, including skincare, makeup, barbering, braiding, business planning, resume creation, interview prep, and more—with separate beginner and advanced tracks. Meals are provided daily, and all participants who complete at least three full workshop days will earn a Certificate of Completion. The program prioritizes mentorship, self-confidence, and real-world readiness, offering underserved youth a unique opportunity to grow, lead, and build their futures.

• Age Range: 13–18 years (Group 1: Beginner / Group 2: Advanced) (if your child is younger but advanced call Secret V. Odom 214-451-7157).

• Meals Provided: Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks daily

• Certificate of Completion Ceremony: July 15 - Private Skate Party @ Kascade (Theme: Denim & T's) 5:30pm - 8pm
